As part of our technical infrastructure practice, we have conducted business requirement workshops and technical assessments, for local financial service providers, and overseas commercial banks.
Where the comprehensive analysis showed large gaps, we used the analysis to drive a procurement process through Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposals (RFP) to a longlist of vendors, to reference visits to a shortlist of vendors, and finally contract award to new vendor to replace the current system. Where the analysis showed small gaps, we raised change requests with the system vendors and implementors to remediate their systems.
